Once I was a Mother of two whom I loved to the core
Soon we found out there would be one more
You can imagine the joy that we felt
When we realized two babies we'd been dealt
Two more to love, two more to caress
Two more to add to our little nest
Two more to hold on my knee
Two more babies God entrusted with me
On the day these two babes we did meet
'Twas the day I felt so complete
God had blessed us with two more
I gladly accepted the double chore
I soon realized the chore that was to be
Turned out to be double the love for me
